Position: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) & Co-Founder
Compensation: Equity (1-year cliff, 4-year vesting); no fixed pay until seed funding

GrofleX is redefining the future of business analytics and ERP by combining intelligent ERP systems with AI-driven business analytics and insights. We’re looking for a bold, entrepreneurial CMO to join us as a Co-Founder and help shape the future of back-office intelligence for SMBs and beyond.
Your Role
As the CMO & Co-Founder, you will:
1. Drive Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Define, implement, and iterate on GrofleX’s marketing strategy aligned with our AI-powered platform and proprietary ERP solution.
- Build and own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for product launches, target audience segmentation, and growth.
- Spearhead end-to-end marketing campaigns across inbound, outbound, digital, and experiential channels, driving consistent sales and adoption.
2. Shape Brand Positioning
- Lead the evolution of GrofleX’s brand, positioning it as the premier AI-powered business analytics and ERP solution globally.
- Develop messaging that resonates with SMBs and enterprises seeking seamless back-office intelligence.
3. Be a Hands-On Growth Leader
- Roll up your sleeves to execute campaigns, measure results, and refine strategies.
- Partner with the CEO to manage customer acquisition, online presence, and outreach initiatives independently in the early stages.
4. Engage Cross-Functionally
- Act as the voice of the customer, bringing insights to product, engineering, and leadership teams.
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to amplify co-marketing efforts and adoption of GrofleX solutions.
5. Lay the Foundation for a Scalable Marketing Team
- Identify talent needs and hire a high-performing marketing team post-funding.
- Build an agile and innovative marketing culture centered around measurable impact and ROI.
Qualifications & Skills
• SaaS B2B Expertise: Proven track record in marketing leadership roles within SaaS or B2B environments.
• Strategic Leadership: Experience crafting and executing marketing strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-starter with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and build from scratch.
• Hands-On Marketer: Willingness to dive into day-to-day execution without a team initially.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for understanding customer needs and translating them into impactful marketing initiatives.
• Data-Driven: Proficient in leveraging analytics tools to measure performance and inform decision-making.
Preferred:
• Experience in AI, analytics, or ERP-related industries.
• Expertise in global SaaS marketing, including expansion into new geographies and verticals.
• Strong storytelling and content marketing skills.
